If you do online banking with the institutions listed below, it is easy to pay your Insurance Policy issued by our office. If you wish to do automatic monthly payments, please contact our accounting department at Ext. 224.

1. Log in to your online banking
   
   
2. Select ‘add a bill’ or ‘new bill’ or ‘add payee’
   
   
3. When prompted to search for a payee, type in:
   J D SMITH & ASSOCIATES INS. BROKERS or J.D. SMITH ASSOCIATES INS. BROKERS
   
   
4. You will be prompted to enter a 6 digit account number (customer number as noted on the top right of your invoice)
   * If you do not have this number, contact your broker directly
   
   
5. Proceed to pay the bill

* Please note that depending on which bank you use, there may be either spaces or periods between J and D
* Make sure to include ‘& ASSOCIATES’
